Lobby renovation complete!

Keystone 9000 lobby renovation is now complete! With the large size tile flooring, wood veneers and accent lighting this lobby makes a grand statement. By removing the old airlocks we’ve also gained much needed space in what was once a small lobby. We used two different stains on the wood veneer. The idea behind this was to integrate the existing darker wood from the tenant doors and enhance it with a fresh lighter stain. There were some existing features that remained the same, such as the barrel ceiling in the elevator lobby area and the metal finish on the elevators. These were items we thought we could easily integrate into our new design and also save on cost. The clean lines and neutral colors will be a “classic” look for years to come.
